"If you plan on doing anything other than walking around once you get to the top, splurge for the wristband. There is literally nothing you can do other than shop if you don't have a wristband. The ride up was very nice. Great great views. No views to speak of once you are there. It's kind of a lot for a nice scenic ten minute ride. Also, the ride back down is much more crowded than the ride up. Again, get the wristband if you plan on doing any activities at the top. The miniature carousel they have is 8 dollars a ride if you don't have a wrist band. One ride, 8 dollars. They do have a really neat puzzle shop up there."
