"I usually love Bang Bang Hibachi. Not so much this time. It was one of the worst experiences ever. The food was old and the cold chicken was so hard and burned and the rice remained together. Even the man who works was mad with me because I asked how much longer on my order that I was at 1:10, but was still waiting for 1:52pm. He said the sushi guy had about 3-4 minutes more on my order, but because I said I had to go for work. He got ugly and said well, I can only give you a refund. As I waited an entire hour and paid $39.00 only to go without food and still too late for work. Never go back, they can keep the old food and the rude attitudes. Kabutos in Goodletsville are better."
