"Honestly, my experience today would warrant a two-star rating, but I've had positive visits in the past. A friend and I went for a late lunch, and even during the quieter time, our server was quite inattentive; we had to look for her a few times. The food usually has great flavor, but unfortunately, it wasn't well-prepared today (this has happened a couple of times). I've ordered the chicken before, and it was excellent, but today it was overcooked and tough, so I couldn't finish it. Given the price, it's a treat for me to dine here, so it's disappointing to encounter inconsistent food and service. I may consider other options next time."
