"I visited Waffle Houses in the eastern USA. It is always a pleasant experience. I always get the same thing: a double order of scattered, scattered, covered and scattered, good. That 's hash browns scattered on the grill, covered with cheese, lubricated with onions, decorated with ham ham and fried to an additional level of brown crumb. If you don't tell the waitress, yours won't be as brown as mine. The staff was so friendly and attentive, and they gave me a generous veteran's discount. I recommend this restaurant and will eat there again when in Brookville, Ohio. PS: On this special occasion I did not get onions because I participated in a social event and wanted people to like me again and again."
