"Upon arrival (5:30 reservations), there were roughly 8-10 parties eating. The hostess looked extremely sloppy in what she was wearing. The server took a long time to first meet us. My wife and I, and our three children, ordered drinks, an appetizer, and entrees. There was no silverware/napkins on the table. We waited 25 minutes, at which time all our food was brought out at the same time (drinks, appetizer and entrees). I informed the food runner we didn't want the appetizer at that point, and he was very rude. There was STILL no silverware on the table. I had to call a different waiter over to ask for silverware as they were very short staffed. Our waiter was friendly enough, but admitted at the end they didn't have enough people to operate properly. He was very apologetic and offered us a free dessert, which was very nice even though we declined. The food was very good but it's difficult to want to return to a restaurant where the service is that poor/unorganized. Again, the restaurant wasn't even busy. Half of it was empty. Just very disappointing."
