"we had a 7pm reservation, the dining was empty, but filled up within an hour. We ordered drinks, and when they were delivered we ordered our meal. Our appetizer was very good, and the dishes were never taken away, our waiter came and asked if we have ordered our main course. The service was VERY slow. there was only one waiter and 2 bus boys, for the whole dining room. Not smart for a Valentine`s evening. There was plenty of help in the bar area."

"Came here for brunch with friends and it was really good. Not super unique food but very well prepared and presented. We each got a juice that was incredible. The ocean view really adds to the ambiance. Service is overall good. I do think the drinks are overpriced compared to the food. Otherwise very good."

"this is one of the top places to have breakfast in miami beach, so my non-veg best friend choose it for her birthday. I got the vegan burger and the pattie was sturdy and tasteful, although the pita brot was too thin to take it with the added avocado and the filling of fresh vegetables. the homemade bananenketchup was delicious, especially when it was mixed with a small hot sauce to dive the sweet potatoes."

"Major issues this night. So its about 7ish at night i called 3 times before finally someone answered which was bartender asked if there was a wait she rudely me she didn't know maybe 45min i said well can we find out she transferred me to host she was very nice said it was only 20min we arrived within 10min waited few min got sat 4-6min server finally greeted us took drink order in the meantime we r few steps away from kitchen, my husband and i and are 3 boys were with me we hear very loud screaming in kitchen cursing and sounded like someone throwing things. I was beyond upset i told server we were not staying that was so uncalled for! We were so disappointed havent been to tgifridays in a while and were excited to eat there and was huge let down by how things were ran for a weekend night they lost a lot of business."

"3 of us had dinner there for the first time. The hostess tried to seat us in the basement but I requested we sit upstairs where there are windows. She was very accommodating. I was disappointed that there are so few mocktails they offer and the bartender wasn’t able to make a raspberry lime Rickey. Yet my bolognese was delicious, as was my husband’s chopped salad. Dinner portions are a decent size."

"this is the second time in a row that something we ordered is inappropriately cooked. last time it was a hamburger for me, who was supposed to be medium and was rarely served. this time it was a steak for my man, the same, but really raw in the middle. the server was great and took it to be cooked more. they have made a new one that was beautiful, but it took over 20 minutes to get it. until then I was finished with my meal. we spent much more time there than we wanted."

"I would say go but if you have a large party with a reservation, don’t think having a reservation means anything. We made it early 5:00. We arrived a little before 5 and waited between 30 and 45 minutes for our table. That is fine if it Is adults but we had children and they were hungry. It always takes longer to feed large parties so if you start late it makes for a long evening for 5 year old. We had a great server and couldn’t ask for more from him. The food was also great. It was just the wait."

"I took a group of 20 students here for early dinner on a Saturday. The staff was accommodating, friendly, and even the managers were helping out around the restaurant, refilling drinks and asking if everyone had what they needed. This was probably the best dining experience I 've had with a large group of young people. It was awesome to see my kids have the opportunity to learn 'adulting ' in a fun atmosphere where they were treated with respect. Thank you, Friday 's!"

"Delicious food and drinks! This was our first stop during my bachelorette weekend in SD and it set the mood for our entire weekend eats! I ordered the Tennessee Buffalo chicken sandwich with salad and it was amazing! For drinks I got their pretty in pink cocktail and it was so good I had to get two lol. I really liked the atmosphere and service too. I especially liked how we were placed on the waitlist before we even arrived at the restaurant. I called in and they were able to add us so we saved some time. Once we arrived, we were seated right away. My friend had tried their brunch on a previous trip and couldn’t stop raving about their chilaquiles during dinner. Definitely recommend!!"

"I couldn't have asked for better service for a girls night out. From the moment we walked in the door, the hostess was warm and friendly, then our server John was top notch. He was attentive, and accurate in taking our order, but more importantly, he made us feel so incredibly welcome and appreciated as customers. A personality like that is so hard to find among workers in their service industry. It was so comforting to have an experience like that after a crazy work week, and that my friend and I could kick back with some good food (that we didn't have to cook ourselves and be helped by a staff that felt like long time friends. "this is one of these good posting / bad posting situations. the good news is that the service was good and the portions were large. I had spinat artichokes-dip-attizer and ribs/salmon-deer. dip was pretty bland. ribs were fleshy, but no deep of taste. as they expect, the salmon were bred. the sose that accompanied it was the most tasteful component of the meal. All-in-all, it was an ordinary dining room experience at a price-point approaching fine restaurants. I wouldn't come back if that was cheaper."

"The appetizers at Thea's were excellent, with the Brie Brulee being unbelievably delicious. The beet salad and garden salad were refreshingly cold, crisp, very tasty, and a superb bite. However, the entrees didn't quite live up to expectations. The crab and shrimp pasta had succulent shrimp but the homemade rigatoni were undercooked. The Gyro Platte had taziki sauce hidden underneath everything, making it difficult to access, and the meat was soft and crumbly. The salmon was fantastic, as were the potatoes and beets, but the greens were chewy and not very enjoyable. The blueberry panna cotta lacked flavor, but the mousse cake had a heavenly crust. The coffee was strong, tasty, and had no bitterness. Overall, I would recommend Thea's for fabulous appetizers and a great beet salad, but the entrees were not up to par."

"-We arrived 15 minutes before our reservation. They said they do not take reservations. It only puts you on the list and the current wait is 45 min. -They didn't have any silverware. We had to use plasticware. -It took over 30 minutes to place a drink and appetizer order. -One person had to ask multiple times for their glass of water and one persons glass was dirty. -The waiter kept disappearing for long periods of time."

"the bad service around the clock waited 15 minutes after sitting on the server to come table. Slowly slowly had to ask for cutlery several times, drinks some of which never came) ordered a beer that never came. had to take home several times. - It's just bad. when the manager was confronted, by two other tables next to me) I let them know. I felt that they were talking out and then they offered a dessert as a comp for problems. I was charged when I got the bill and asked to remove it. Eating was okay, but not so hot. I eat out slot and probably never had a service as bad as this."

"tomato skins ordered and potato skins with cheese cut and ranch. had to ask that it be added. sing back and came back cold. had to go to get our own cutlery because the hostess didn't give us, even though there were 6 employees standing on the hostess. I ordered my meal and it was also missing the topping. had to wait until I was almost fled before I got it. must be added to our other meal times that we did not ask and was still accused. prawan bad dirty. even the host has been following me outside to ahow that she checked the bathroom for her layer at an hour and that she was busy. dirty tables around us and was an hour and half before cleaning. our waiter was great, but I had never come personal and becused in my face on the parking lot, which I said there, the bathroom is rough. more terrible place and would stay far away. kitchen has to make the meal right, because the waiter loses sharp with order."
