"My husband ordered prime rib and when it came is was very rare not medium. The owner took it and brought him a new one which was perfect and only charged his 50% if the meal cost. The reduced amount was very unexpected but should know they make everything right. This is one of our favorite restaurants and will be back. My meal was great."

"Today we were in search of a place to try mimosas. My special friend was craving one and that’s not a usual craving so I had to try and help them out. I reached out to a credible source for an awesome place with mimosas and great food. I knew this would be a no brainer for him and he replied right away and off we went. Craft Grill You not only satisfied this craving, you blew it out the ballpark. Our waitress received us as her very FIRST table of working at Craft Grill and she was beyond amazing. Although nervous she didn’t disappoint at all. Her trainer was there every step of the way and I have doubts on why they chose him to train. Very knowledgeable about the dishes and drinks and the history of the restaurant. He answered every question we had about the menu and about the owners. This is most definitely an establishment that I will become a regular at. We ordered the Tomball Texas Cheese Fries, Dixie Chick, and Boca Fish Tacos along with a mimosa flight. It was the wrong day for our flight however the bartender was so kind to make it and we are very appreciative that he/she did. It was all amazeballs. Side note: Mimosa flights are available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11-2pm. And they are a must have! Our first experience at Craft Grill was definitely a great one and we shall return soon. They also own Craft Grill Breakfast Club in the same parking lot which closes at 2pm."

"Beautiful restaurant with delicious food. The pizza is awesome, definitely a step above other local pizza shops. We met friends for dinner last night. The chicken marsala was out of this world. My friend ordered the mushroom ravioli and it took all of my will power and manners not to reach over and dip bread into his mushroom sauce it looked so good. We stayed after dinner and had some drinks, next thing we knew we were the last people in the restaurant. We never felt rushed and the entire staff was polite and friendly. It was such a great dinner and night out. I can't wait to go back again."

"We've been coming here since this place opened. It is definitely a favorite of our family and friends. This particular visit was fantastic. My salmon oscar was moist, flaky and excellent. My hubby had a small steak cooked to his liking and my son always likes the chicken. The food was cooked to the right temperature and still hot when served. As they say, the place was hopping, but so was the staff. They checked on us multiple times. I saw every manager walking around and helping out which happens often and the way the teamwork is set up works well. (Don't get me wrong, nothing is perfect in any place. Many years ago, my husband had an undercooked hamburger, but it was rectified immediately. A great job is done here."

"The wait staff is super friendly and very attentive. The food tasted delicious and the portions are a nice size. Our server went above and beyond even bringing my dessert over for my birthday without being told so, when she had seen on my open table reservation that it was my birthday. Very impressed and will be a regular for sure."

"This restaurant has deli style sandwiches, soups, salads, pizzas, chips, fruits, and deserts. On this visit, I chose a pick 2 option. I ate half a turkey sandwich and a chicken tortilla soup. The turkey tasted as if it was carved from a Thanksgiving dinner and the cheese was melted on it which added to it's delicious taste. It included avocado and tomato. The soup was the best part though. It was hot, and had a subtle spiciness to it. Very well cooked. I would recommend the soup highly. As a bonus, I had a slice of my son's pizza (don't worry, he was full and it was crispy, had a great tasting mozzarella, and the sauce and pepperoni was very flavorful."

"Love this place and so happy it is right on the road from my house. Excellent customer service, the food is great and the restaurant is really clean and welcoming. Oh, and the prices are more than friendly. $11 for a huge Salmon Cesa salad and 13 for a delicious Ahi Tuna salad. I mean, you can't hit that with a stick lol. If you are looking for budget friendly tasty good and a great place to have a family dining experience, I recommend Newks Eatery. This is the first and only Newks Eatery in Virginia and I feel very happy that it is in Sterling, Virginia"

"We were there on a Wednesday at 5:00,so we were seated immediately. It was our first visit so we were served pot licker. It was the best part of the meal. My husband and I ordered the “famous” fried chicken. It would seem that our chicken was fried and then kept warm in the oven. The dark meat was good, but the white meat was truly awful. It was so dry that I drank tea as I chewed, otherwise I wouldn’t be able to swallow. Our daughter had the shrimp and grits. The grits were ok, but the shrimp was overcooked and rubbery. The wait staff stopped by our table often; but when she asked how we were doing, I told her and showed her that the chicken was very dry. Her words were “Ok. Sorry about that”. She then walked away. She walked past us at least 4 times; but we had to ask for our check. The collards were very good, the mac and cheese, broccoli mix (frozen-not fresh) and baked goods were sub-standard. The rolls were also really dry. We were given one small half pat of butter on our plate. The peach cobbler was ok, but it was made from canned peaches. Why wouldn’t you use fresh peaches in July; we are the peach state!"

"The place was a little slow when we came in but grew busier as the night went on. The food was very good, service was fast, and the waiter was quick to refill our drinks. I thought the menu was a little small but that't's really more of a comment than a complaint. Overall a really good experience and I would definitely go back again when I'm in Pittsburgh."
