"So I went through the drive-through to order a single sandwich combo. They were three cars ahead of me each one was able to make it through the entire line within about 90 seconds. Once I arrive to the window I paid for my meal and was instructed to pull forward to wait. After paying for my mail and pulling for it I waited an additional 17 minutes. At this point I go inside to get a refund, there was a gentleman ahead of me that was getting his drinks I waited approximately another four minutes … – show"
"We love coming to this location. The staff is always kind and friendly and the food is always delicious. Sometimes the drive through line is really long but that's just because the food is so good! It's also one of the few fast food restaurants where I prefer to eat inside. Their dining area is very spacious and clean. One of our favorite places to eat for sure!"
"Honestly good food, but they decided to charge me extra for a couple extra sauces, then did not even give me the extra ones nor the ones that came with my meal. Would care about the charge or forgetting sauces too much but if you’re gonna charge ppl at least give them what you charged them for. Didn’t realize until I was already home."
"I love zaxbys’s, but honestly this location keeps messing up my order over and over lately. The past three visits i have ordered the exact same thing and i they keep messing it up.
