"Normally love this restaurant, and had planned on dining for a celebration dinner with my partner. Our server disappeared, never took my dinner order, messed up our appetizer, charged us for it, and when the appetizer we ordered was brought out it was terribly overcooked. A large table got seated next to us, and because how they arranged that group, it effectively blocked access to our table. For the last 30 minutes we sat with empty glasses while I tried flagging someone down for the check. Altogether I wasn’t impressed and very surprised. For the money, I’d have expected better, and hope it was just an off night for the staff."
