"We arrived as a group of 9 and it was not busy at all. There were plenty of open tables, however we were separated into two high tops. It took around 15-20 minutes to get drinks. We had two young kids with us, so she took their food order in before she took the other orders. The kids’ food arrived, and my 7 year old made a joke to the waitress who in turn laughed and called her weird. They had their food eaten before we received our food. No big deal as they were very patient and enjoying the videos on tv. Another employee brought out our orders. There were sides, dips and a full order missing. He apologized and left the tables. We then realized we had no silverware. After waiting around 5 minutes for the other employee to come back, my boyfriend ended up just going to the bar and asked for silverware from the bartender. The waitress then returned, still not bringing the sides, dips or my sister in law’s order. When my boyfriend asked, she got snippy and said “I thought -employee’s name- brought those to you.” and walked away. The other employee brought the rest of our items, however we were all done eating before my sister in law even started her dinner. In total our waitress checked on us twice our entire visit."
