"OK... where do I begin? I've had issues with this place for years, but keep going back because it's the only place in Wrigely to get a halfway decent actual handmade burger and not a frozen patty. They closed down for the entire winter, literally opening the first day of baseball season. I'm guessing this is due to the astronomical prices during the playoffs affording them to take 5 months off. Good for them, but not good for someone who lives in the neighborhood. You are serving a neighborhood, not just Cubs fans who drive in for games. They NEVER seem to have specials. I went on a Sunday night. Why are there no specials? Not like it was packed, but again, they seem to cater only to Cubs fans during Cubs games. I even contacted them about it over the off-season, and not surprisingly, received no reply. They removed the tater tots from the menu, charged me $14 for a burger that the menu says is $12, served me fries that clearly were made earlier in the day, and a burger that likely was as well. Fast service is good, but a burger and fries should take more than five minutes to make and serve no matter how dead it is. During Cubs games, they will not allow you to order take out unless you come in there and wait for it, the overall level of service is not good (not surprising when they close for 5 months and only have seasonal staff), and they have been shut down for health code violations. The only redeeming quality they have still is that I can have my dog on the patio. I wish that they would focus on bringing a quality product to the neighborhood, but much like the Cubs themselves, they seem to really only care about the money at the end of the day, and unfortunately there are enough tourists who will not care how bad the experience is, when they can be sitting across the street from the wonderful office building that now blocks and hint that there is a baseball park behind it. Let's see if I get a reply to this- HAHAHA"
