"The service here usually isn't bad, but today was very different. My brother and I were told to seat ourselves like everyone is usually told to, but then were passed by 2 different servers countless times. No food menu, or drink menu or even utensils. I ordered a water which usually comes with a lemon and I didn't receive one. And when my cheesesteak came out it barely had any sauce. My brothers Italian hoagie came upside down (made in reverse order). Honestly this place is usually better and I hope this kind of service isn't a common occurrence in the future"
