"I ordered a caramel wrap, but when I received it at the window, I immediately realized it was mocha instead. Since I don't like mocha, I told the girl that I had ordered caramel. She confirmed it was mocha and insisted that I had requested that flavor. After some back and forth, we asked her if she could change it, and she agreed and told us to move to the next window. When she brought out the new wrap, she just turned the whipped cream so I wouldn't notice. She hadn’t done that with the first order.
