"I had a coupon which is always great.Had to wait 15min in my car because no chicken was ready. The pictures posted because the food counters were dirty as you can see. THEN when I go to eat the chicken it's burnt and dry."

"I think Boston Market will soon be closing its doors. The food availability and more importantly, quality, has significantly declined in recent months. The mashed potatoes taste instant or are completely watered down. If the gravy wasn 't watered down before, it is now worse. Not to mention that the menu is extremely limited. Beverage dispenser is often sold out on certain flavors. This is no way to run a restaurant or a business. Close your doors. It 's over, no one is coming back."
