"I do not get Einstein Bagels very often, but when I do, I am reminded why I go elsewhere. Today at 9:30 am, I was one of two people there. I was not acknowledged really at all. I wasn?t even sure the young lady was talking to me. I ordered and curtly asked if I wanted it toasted to pay over there. The young man who I paid said three things to me, the the total, insert your card, receipt? I was handed my bagel by the young lady, I said thank you, she just walked away. I don?t expect much, really just common courtesy which was completely lacking. I hope the bagel is good."
