"Pleasantly suprised........ Went there during a weekend lunch to try something different. It was a risk we took considering 1. its a chain 2. we never been and didnt know anyone else who did 3. its all about chicken just like the other 4 places in Mansfied (Chik Fil A, BWW, Wingstop, and Chicken Red's (now closed and out of business). We ordered the chicken meal deal, kids meal, and ceasar chicken salad with their version of buffalo wings.Everything was very tasty and made to order.Only negative aspect was the wait time as it seems they only make one order at a time between those dining in and the drive thru which was almost 20-25 minutes.The wife and I were really suprised about their chicken wings as they were very meaty and flavorful. I may need to go back and order the 20 count wings and try their different sauces. One thing to note is their salad dressings are not homemade, which isnt a bad things, but I was hoping they were.All in all we enjoyed our meal and for the 3 of us to eat the bill was under $22.00.We will visit again."

"This was my first time eating at a Zaxby's chicken finger restaurant. I actually really loved the food! The service on the other hand I thought was a bit lacking but it is an all fast food restaurant nowadays. Unfortunately this is just like the rest. If you can make it past the service I would definitely eat here."

"Jeanie! Girl, you are the bomb! She acknowledged us when we walked in the door even though she was quite busy. She repeated our order back to make sure it was correct. And she had a cheerful attitude! It makes such a difference when the employees are happy because the customers are too. When my dad comes for a visit this is his fave place to eat. So today we brought him since he’s here for the week! When we pulled into the parking lot, the truck was parked out back unloading product. That’s a great sign, means we won’t be told “sold out.” And indeed, they had everything today! Except the fried pickles which corporate decided to take off the menu : it’s okay though. We ordered the wings and things upgraded, fried cheese bites, Cobb salad without fried onions and some drinks. Everything was delicious and hot, exactly how I take my food :"

"this is a great place to go if they want a mystery box experience with their order. sa in line for 20 minutes and ordered a house in value of food, lady read it back to me, confirms it, read it to me in the window, confirmed it again. she gives me a bag (obvily a big one as expected) and I ask again to make sure everything is in there and she assures me that it is. I come home and find that two of my meals are the wrong ones, one of my pages is missing and a whole meal is missing. I live 20 minutes without traffic and it is now a high traffic on a Friday, so I don't go back."

"What a pleasant experience. First order of signature sandwich, and I was completely blown away, as HUGE and DELICIOUS did. Better than advertised. Perfectly cooked and seasoned with the spicy sauce, probably the best roasted chicken sandwich I ever had from anywhere, at any price point, period. The staff was super nice and friendly. We will come back next time to visit our children in App State."

They seemed overwhelmed to try to maintain with a moderate amount. Condiment table was made of several items and had to be cleaned. Had to ask for ketchup. The employee just put a box of packs on the table and walked away."

"I love the food here. I swear the chicken has such a terrific flavor that is very unique to Zaxby's. I enjoy multiple things from the menu. Salads, sandwiches, chicken; whatever you get, you'll enjoy. The drink machine is amazing and makes buying a drink worth it in any regard. I wish more places had that drink machine. The staff are friends and make sure any mistakes are amended. The only downside, that I ever notice, is the price of the food. It's a little much to me, but it's good food."

"This location gave the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my LIFE. I used the app to order a curbside pickup. I was 5 minutes early so I wasn’t surprised when I called the number on the curbside side sign and they said it wasn’t ready yet. What was surprising was that 40 minutes later (yes 40 MINUTES!!)I was STILL sitting in the spot waiting. I finally walked in, and 10 minutes later someone waited on me. I told them I had been waiting for a curbside order and the girl goes over to the counter, gets the order and says “yeah it’s been ready, but you have to come in for curbside orders”. I’m sorry what?!! The whole reason for “curbside” is so that the order is brought out. The person who answered the call when I got there said absolutely NOTHING about having to come inside. There were multiple employees standing around in the back who clearly saw me parked in the CURBSIDE. There is ABSOLUTELY no excuse for making a customer wait almost an hour and then tell them it’s been ready and it’s your fault the order took so long because they don’t want to do the job they’re getting paid for. If this is the kind of “service”they are going to offer people, then this location should be shut down. This is unacceptable and something needs to be done!"

"We chose to do the drive thru since the store was roped and sectioned off. We didn't want to bother with the hassle of parking and not be able to go inside. When we pulled to the speaker the auto system said they were closed then about 16 seconds later avoice greets us how can we help you. We asked about what comes on the #5 Kickin Chicken Sandwich, we heard the order takersresponse back so we said can we just get a plain chicken sandwich add pickles with fries and a strawberry lemonade. At thispoint we were ordering something totally different from the #5! We pull up to the window and there is an employee standingoutside of the window, which is a big safety concern for me because no one taking the order instructed us to proceed withcaution as they have a worker at the window to assist in giving the orders and receiving the payments as there parking lot wasunder some construction so you couldn't pull forward after leaving the window. We get our food and pull off, we check our foodat the bottom of the parking lot and it's the kickin Chicken 3 little baby fingerz with pickles on toast. By the way it's notwhat we ordered. We then have to turn around go back around the drive through and tell them what happened. So the second timethey got it right. Food was great service was ok but the safety of the employee standing outside was unsafe for us."

"When checking out, I won a voucher for a buy one get one free chicken plate. The cashier handed me my receipt and a pager, and thanked me. I mentioned that it didn't seem right that I hadn't paid, and he insisted that it was correct because of my coupon. It seemed like he was new. Eventually, I convinced them that I needed to pay for one plate. In general, the food was excellent. The chicken fingers were consistently hot, as were the fries. The tables and bathrooms were always clean. It's a great spot for families with children."
