"My husband and I decided to try this restaurant for the first time and made a reservation for 5:00 PM. When we arrived, however, it was closed. We thought we would wait a bit in case they were running behind schedule, and soon after, another family joined us in waiting. After some time, the closed sign remained up, the lights were on, but nobody came to explain the situation. One of the other guests went to inquire about what was going on, but by that point, my husband had decided we were done with this place. We left at 5:30 PM without even getting a chance to try the food, as the service was poor and there was no communication from the staff to those of us waiting to be seated. We will not be returning."
