"I'll be honest, I'm rarely writing cripples and I'm never trying to complain. especially nowadays, if I know that places are short-occupied, it is simply better to be friendly. but we were very disappointed with our time at the cabanas. the pool- it was a very crowded day, but nothing you could do. the pool was clean the two small children we had with us loved it. that is all that matters. the service - here was our problem. the waitress who waited on our cabana also has the other cabanas that I think were all occupied plus we are quite sure that they had some tables on the bar. she came to us about half an hour. Drinking took a long time to come. if they try to drink a $300 minimum with only 3 adult, and service every 30 minutes it took to meet this minimum. one of the men of our party went to the lobby and asked to speak to the manager who never came. We all knew it wasn't the fault of our waitress. so he wanted to talk to the manager. she also told us that they were from the same, what all the drinkers wanted to drink in our group. we saw other cabanas with the same. after the waitress had asked us again, there was actually a sort of seltzer. the men swear that there was no alcohol in the mixed drinks they ordered. the food. super mediocre. we stayed twice in the ridge and had many meals here and enjoy in the regular eating. what we ordered was only sub par. so much that we have ordered nothing else about apps. we had decided to go after 2.5 hours (if we had the cabana for 4 hours) because we were all disappointed. when we asked for the review, I had asked for a pointed acknowledgement to ensure that we were calculated correctly. we were certainly not overdue for such a disappointing experience. the waitress rolled her eyes on me when I asked. it took 40 minutes to get our bill and pay! it was crazy!"
