"I was not impressed with my experience at Great Jones. This was my second time here, and it was very much a let down from my first time there. Last year when I went for the first time, someone came to the pool area/sauna to retrieve myself and my guest for our massages while we were able to enjoy the amenities without worrying about what time it was. This time around, I was not informed that no one would come for us and we had to go to the second floor to meet our masseuses. That ended up knocking time off of our massages. Not only that, but the masseuses for myself and my guest were unimpressive. I’m not sure I will return as my money went to waste this time around.The spa all around is clean and very nice in appearance. My favorite area is the steam room. My least favorite area is the pool area because it is quite small, which can make you feel like you’re on top of other guests and don’t have much privacy or space."
