"Pesce Pasta Italian Fusion Cuisine is a new Italian restaurant that opened in downtown Hollywood. My wife and I decided to try them for dinner last night. We had reservations and sat right away. The maître d' was incredibly helpful. Read our daily specialties and make us very comfortable and important. Our waiter, Attila, was also excellent. He was very attentive and helpful with all our needs. My wife and I had the flaming scallop appetizer (parmesan bay scallops), which was exquisite. For our Entrees, My wife had prepared the Snapper al limone, and I had the pollo scarparello. We both loved our choices. The Scarparello was perfect. Each bite changed from paprika and sausage to mushrooms, pasta and chicken. Easy to remove! The pastas are made from scratches. The attention was paid to every detail in the quality of food and presentation. We will definitely come back."
