"I went to Rico’s tonight for dinner and I want to compliment how the girls handled a situation tonight that I witnessed. I heard them getting yelled at by a customer over a price issue meanwhile another table yelling at the girls for talking to their customers, doing their JOB! I must say you can’t make everyone happy, but the the girl with the glasses who handled the unrealistic customers was very professional. I even got up to joke with her about it because I saw she was upset from being talked to like that not once, but twice. I’m sorry, but it’s noisy in any restaurant and if you don’t want to hear people talking, go eat at home or outside. It’s simple. Aside from that, the food was fantastic and the service was impeccable. All 3 girls working were very attractive, attentive, and smiling. Kudos to whoever made the cellphone rule at Rico’s! Job well done ladies and sorry you had to experience terrible customers tonight! You handled that well. I’ll be back : Robert"
