"Phenomenal Italian food! They have a gluten-free menu that you do have to ask for but has a large selection! My girlfriend, who has a bad allergy to gluten, had the best time there with me! We shared a gluten-free spinach and artichoke dip with their bread, and I have never had gluten-free bread that good and soft! The dip was very good too. My girlfriend had the gluten-free chicken carbonara and it was exceptionally good! They make it with a chickpea breading. I had their regular gnocchi and it was super soft and the spices added were very flavorful!"

"Ordered chicken alfredo and cheese fries. Didn't expect nacho cheese that was thinned with water on top of my fries. The chicken alfredo was loaded with chicken, but the actual sauce wasn't creamy at all. The side salad had soggy croutons on it and the bread that came with my pasta was sprinkled with parsley and oregano, then grilled (burnt). I wont be coming here again."

"Looking for an Italian restaurant that absolutely slaps? You've found it! Ditch the mediocre chain restaurants in Chicago and order here instead. This place is incredible! Ever since visiting Europe this summer I've been seeking the best Carbonara in Chicago. Let me tell you, their Carbonara absolutely slaps! It's slightly more salty than I prefer but that's being petty tbh. I placed an order on doordash and there was a small, micro issue with my order which resulted in getting to try more food! It was dealt with in a very timely and effective manner. The girl working up front is sooooo nice and so is the owner (I presume he was the owner). We also got to try their spaghetti and meatballs, double cheese burger, fries, minestrone soup, and brownie bites. Every item was amazing! I do want to give a specific shout out to the double burger for $7 during lunch. It's the definition of grilled BBQ burger. It tasted like a BBQ with the grill marks on it and overall flavor. The cheese was so melty and delicious! It's the best value and quality burger in Chicago. Also worth noting that the free baguette you get with the pasta is actually good! I'm so picky about baguettes but theirs was actually worth eating. Thanks for making our experience amazing! I will be back so soon!"

"to submit an implementing order for the first time. hayley (I hope I wrote her name correctly) took care of me. I was treated very well and that was delicious. the variety on the menu is amazing. we had the Patty melt, fajitas, hot dog, steak burger, käsefries, Freench-Fries and get them. they have koks and mountain dew. we are safely connected. also the other dame (can not remember their names) was so nice that I enjoyed chatting with her. we will often be back safely!"

"This place is absolutely horrible, yet alone I was given the wrong change back, I ordered a 10 piece wings which was not ? cooked and I ordered a ceaser salad ,the order all together was $24.69 ,I gave cashier $40.00 and I didn't notice my change was in correct until I got home, I was given $5 back and I should have be given $15 back, I called the next morning I was contradicted that I was given the right change I was given store credit for my under cooked ???? "had a brunch here on Saturday. this is the second time that we had brunch here and both of them were great! we sat in the outside. the personal was friendly. we started with the muddles that were really good. then the garnel and grits, also amazing. the burger and pommes were good. the burger was a bit creepy to eat with all the koleslaw, but maybe what it's doing is crazy. the fries were thick, crispy and perfectly cooked. we also had a few drinks, but I just painted a picture of my lemon basilikum blueberry that was very good. can't wait to go back!"

"Place was clean. My kid who is very picky, shocked me and decided to try something different!! I had her order her food; she wanted a breakfast sandwich but instead of the sandwich stacked/put together by the cook, she wanted each item put on the plate so she could assemble it herself, all the items just put on the plate next to each other instead of on top of each other. She was told “cook will have a huge issue with that so I’m not going to send that back” and she recommended a basic breakfast my gd has ordered everywhere 100x. They were not busy, she wasn’t asking for anything weird or hard. So simple… so disappointing!! It was an easy request, a request that made her feel like a big girl. And it just blew the wind right out of her sail. Food was basic cheap Coney Island you can get anywhere. Nothing special. Also her eggs weren’t scrambled very well with a lot of white in them and edges were brown, over cooked."

"We will be back! We were in the neighborhood and wanted to try something new. Carmino's is mostly reviewed for their pizza and pressure-cooked chicken. We both tried the chicken and were very pleased with the meals. To start, we ordered a tasty batch of deep fried mushrooms which came with a spicy dipping sauce. Now the main course, the chicken. It was superb! Crispy on the outside, hot and juicy inside. Both the white and dark meat were perfect. It came with JoJos and a choice of side. I ordered the coleslaw and it was fresh and crunchy, the way it should be. The place was empty as it seems to be a popular take-our or delivery place. The seating area was well-spaced and had plenty of seating for groups of any size. Next time we are in the area, I want to try one of their specialty pizzas, the menu had a very good selection of unusual combinations that all sounded interestingly good."

Di'carios pizza in riverside is way better and the price isn't anywhere near what they charge at this place. I recommend only going here for beer doing sports night and eat somewhere else."
