"Our second visit here and tried the Sushi this time. It was very good! We will definitely be back, but it will be hard to decide what to order; Italian or Sushi!! We like the atmosphere of the restaurant also, nice mellow music in the background and we understand there will be entertainment some evenings! Also, valet parking Friday and Saturday nights really helps at this busy area of Lakewood."

"Their website suggested reservations and so we made them ... they were completely unnecessary. The restaurant wasn't really crowded, but they put us at a table near and extremely large party which meant we waited 10 15 minutes to have a server come over and take our drink order. I'm not sure if this is a post-pandemic thing or not but menus aren't provided, a broken tablet was shared, but for quicker service, it was suggested that we use our cell phones and scan the qr-code to see the menu and place our order. Admittedly, I am a little Tech challenged so needed help accessing their menu which was annoying. All ended well with an attentive server who got us a working tablet, a delish Chicago-style deep dish pizza and a shared hot fudge sundae. We will definately return for a taste of Chicago in Ann Arbor!"

"a personal favorite restaurant for my engaged and me. each time we have gone, we get excellent service and eat. accommodations for vegetarian and vegan options. sure, not everything on the menu will be loved by everyone. there were only a few things I tried so far that I didn't care, especially from personal taste. our favorites are the artichoke diving, the auberginenparmesan, lasagna (and most of the pastas) and the dessert waffel. in serious, the waffel dessert is a 20 out of 10. the best desserts all time. (big fluffy warm waffel, 2 scoops vanilla and chocolate ice cream, chocolate syrup, whip cream and strawberries.) shout to the new restaurant manager, so inviting to offer a great service when they board. and to the new waiter angelo to provide a great service."

"I've eaten here and got take out from here a bunch and the food is always delicious and abundant (2-3 meals worth). Service for dine in is always terrific and I suggest you hear the specials before ordering. The only area where they do not shine as brightly is the bar unfortunately. I don't recommend mixed drinks here but otherwise this is a fantastic spot, with convenient parking and excellent service. Take away is packaged exceptionally and I've never had a cold or spilled container and we order frequently. Parking: Inside a strip mall with a large free parking lot"

"We have lived in various places around the US and have tried sandwiches of all types. Schlotszky’s has been my favorite sandwich for nearly 30 years and hasn’t had a rival. That was, until I tried their chicken salad sandwich on a croissant, topped with red onions. Absolutely phenomenal.I thought my take on that sandwich may have been skewed, as some days, certain food tastes better than other days. So I figured I would try it again and see if the results were the same. They were. Another absolutely delicious dinner. I had the same sandwich, the kids shared a pepperoni and bacon pizza along with a B.L.T Avocado on a croissant, and my wife had the bureaucrat. "it is called a diner, but it is more of a sit-down restaurant with high-quality eating (healthy, gourmet as a rich, comfort food.) I was surprised to see wein options in a diner, but as I said, no typical diner. I could find a hamburger with a gluten-free bread (hard to find in my experience.) fries were excellent. (I know I didn't say a typical diner, but ordered a hamburger, my diet requires minimally seasoned food, so hamburger was what I needed.)"

"I'm happy for a nice evening with my family, but so unhappy. We had no idea who our server was while the tables/guests around us were taken care of, we were ignored. The worst part was that they weren't even busy and yet we had no service at all. At least they remember bringing our food to the table, but we felt as if we were discriminated, the only Hispanics in the section we were sitting (probably not the case) but if you see that the rest of the guests are white and the servers were attentive to these particular guests?. A place we don't plan to go back, fortunately it's not close to home."

"We were celebrating my daughter’s 14th birthday. The table was too small for the six of us; I was constantly having to rearrange dirty plates to make room for us. Server was very polite but inattentive. We had to ask for water multiple times, when he could have brought us a carafe (if they have them). I had to ask for clean utensils. Restaurant tables were packed together and restaurant was loud. We have had better experiences here."

"Wow, hold on a second. I couldn't help but notice that there are actual Italians working in this restaurant. It certainly seems that way to me. These individuals managed to replace Little Caesars (thank goodness!) and we ended up making a great spur-of-the-moment decision to try out some delicious and authentic cuisine. I've been to Italy once before, and these calzones really hit the spot. The service was friendly and overall it was a pleasant experience. The restaurant may not be fancy or very large, but the flavors were fantastic. The person sitting next to me, who seemed like a pizza connoisseur, even went up to the register to proclaim that it was the best pizza he had ever tasted. The garlic bread and knots were also exceptional. I can't wait to come back and try out their pastas next time."
