"If I could give less stars, then I would I am completely and utterly disappointed with my experience. I’ve eaten here several times before and I always give great tips to the drivers this time on December 6, 2022. I found what seem to be a piece of plastic or a covering of a bottle of some sort I’m unsure of what the object was in my sandwich, my Philly cheesesteak, I trusted this company and they truly did not take any accountability I was told from the manager he did not know what the object was either and to bring my sandwich back . He did not offer me a refund, just simply to remake the sandwich, which is idiotic to eat from a place where you just found a foreign object in your food the following day why on earth would I want a sandwich from this establishment again ? from the manager who stated he was also the owner as I am explaining my concern to the manager not once did he apologize for my experience, which I had to call on my lunch break, and his concern was when I could bring the sandwich bag because it is his afternoon off not my Health not I could’ve been injured not any of those concerns, but that it is his afternoon off, following a snicker as of this incident was lighthearted or funny 10 minutes into our call he finally apologized it nonchalantly as if he was saying it just to get me off of the phone This place truly needs to be shut down the employees are negligent of the food they are preparing . We need a business that is 100% accurate with the orders and not just who they feel deserves a meal without objects in it the way I was treated disrespected and disregarded by the manager, this place has no place in our community, I have followed up with the health department. This is not something that is going to be brushed under the rug places like this have no place with serving anyone in the community whether you are black, white, yellow, green or blue everyone deserves a fair chance to not consume, objects, hair,etc of any sort that we have decided to spend our money with this company who doesn’t even offer a refund or any type of sincerity or apology . That’s unacceptable."
