Just had my favorite Cape May Mussels Gorgonzola prepared by Kevin. Can be served as an appetizer on as an entree over linguine. This was a specialty of Lucky Bones in Cape May. Kevin made it better. You must try it. Mussels backed in Gorgonzola and fresh marinara, crushed tomatoes, garlic, basil...unbelievable. Be sure to dunk bread. Thank you Kevin and Checko. Outstanding!!!"
