What was even more concerning was when I brought this issue to the attention of the owner, who appeared indifferent to the situation. Instead of addressing my concerns, the owner seemed to justify the employees' behavior, which only added to the frustration. A great dining experience is not just about the food, but also about the atmosphere and how customers are treated. Unfortunately, Rays pizza failed in this regard. I hope that the management reconsiders its stance on customer service, as it plays a crucial role in the overall experience. Until then, I find it difficult to recommend rays pizza to others"
