"Food was just okay it's a cross the street from the hospital where I work so I figured it'd try it. I ordered the spicy basil chicken and the pork belly gau gee both were just okay. The chicken dish didn't have any basil in it either and most of the peppers were burnt. Customer service on the other hand wasn't great either both girls starred at me like they didn't even noticed I was there. Don't think I'll be back"

"If your a crepe lover like me this place was opened over a year ago by a native French woman. The crepes are made of buckwheat which is a healthy alternative to other flours. I have tried a number of their sweet and savory crepes and every one of them are very satisfying. I especially like the savory one's with their bechemel sauce. So if are in La Jolla looking for a light but satiating meal head down to Pearl Street. Bon Appetite!"

"Dis da kine place you go for a taste of Hawaii on da mainland. We had food catered for a party and everyone yes EVERYONE loved the food. The bakery treats were a huge hit as well!! Check 'em out!"

"This lady was very rude rolling her eyes at us while ordering. Overhead her talking to other guest rude as well. If your not happy with your job than quit and work somewhere else don't treat the customers rude for no reason"

"Went on 2pm late lunch on sat. No customers. Needed help ordering because I haven't been there for a while. Katherine blurred a question out. Took the order and next thing I know I was paying. She never guides me through their menu. I wanted to order more but she rushed my order. I was even trying to show her on my phone. No care whatsoever. I didn't even get a chance to order a drink. Then I get the audacity to leave a tip. What a slap in the face. Here's my tip : don't hire anyone that doesn't want to work in fast food and doesnt know what customer service is. It's unpleasant, and the customer is left associating the food with the experience. This is the reason business fail. Greet the customer, have picture menus and the main one: don't rush us. Ask what else would you like? A little goes a long way. Wish you the best L&L but I won't be coming back."

"First time eating here. Experience was a great one. First off the restroom was very clean and well stocked. My family and I enjoyed the food very much. I ordered the pork chashu bowl and gyoza. My wife had the chicken chashu bowl and spam omusubi and California omusubi and fries that she shared with our son. We all tried a little bit of each other's food so we could get a little taste! There was honestly nothing that we didn't like! Everything tasted very fresh and well cooked!! Hats off to the chef!! Also, a special shoutout to the fries, they were crispy and well seasoned!! We will definitely be coming back and I can't wait to try the ramen!! I know its funny to say but we came and didn't try the ramen!! Next time!! I recommend this place!! Very friendly staff!!"
