"This restaurant has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I called thirty minutes before closing and was put on hold for ten minutes, only to be told by the woman on the line that they don't take phone orders within twenty minutes of closing. I reminded her that she had kept me waiting for ten minutes and that I had called within their timeframe. She then mentioned she would need to check with her manager. When she came back, the manager said no initially, but then the woman informed me it depended on how far away I was. I told her I was a maximum of fifteen minutes away and that it seemed pointless for her to keep going back and forth to ask her manager. Eventually, I asked her how long it typically takes to fulfill an order if I had called earlier, and she said fifteen minutes. It’s clear that they don’t prioritize decent customer service here. If I could give negative stars, I would. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing. Save your time and look elsewhere."
