"I am always looking for new restaurants near me, so I was very happy to see a new local opening in my neighbourhood. pinklia kitchen checked all boxes. they had acting cocktails, craft beer and a solid selection of home wines. we tried their isabella, the magic drops (forget it. it changes color) and the sky blue with cotton sweets that make them in the house. then I had my favorite beer, the christian hefeweissbier on draft, which many places do not carry. I was very impressed that they had it. you eat is a fusion of several Mediterranean dishes made so interesting in the evening. they call their dinner apericena, which is their version of tapas, and our server has done a good job to explain the concept and go through the menu. definitiw choose the small teller instead of larger order, they get the full experience on this wise. we ate the arais, several empanadas, the meatballs, the arancini and the Israeli carving slider (amazing.) then finished their signature dessert, the mount etna, which is a cream-bubbing tower with Bourbon-Caramel and comes with white and dark chocolate sauces that they get to pour on the table. a moment that has to go on her instagram. the manager told us that they serve sandwiches, salads and pastas for lunch, and I can hardly wait to try them! the ambiente was welcoming and the dining room was very aesthetic. the owners have really put a lot of thoughts and love in every corner of the room. we spent all the time watching the restaurant in the various decorations and arts around the whole place. they will definitely check the wall painting in the flur for the bathroom and make sure they go to the BOTH bathroom (they are all-genders.) everything in all I am so glad to welcome pinklia's kitchen in miramar. this area was in desperate need for a trendy, cool and welcoming new restaurant like this."
