"My family checked out Brazos Bar Bistro for my Birthday. The ambiance was nice. Staff was attentive and food came out in a timely manner. For our starters we went with Green Chile Queso and Shishito Peppers. Both are great. My Barren of Mules was enjoyable and refreshing. My husband when with a stout from Barrow Brewing Co.As for our food both the Thunderbird sandwich and the J.R Ewing Burger tasted average. My husband was not asked how he would like his beef patty cooked so it was well-done.The flatbread was okay, nothing special about it.My Chicken Montelongo was very good. I would recommend it.And the Pork Belly Tacos was not appetizing at all. Everyone that tried it could not eat it. Thank goodness it came with a good amount of sides.Overall the ambiance itself is nice, staff is professional, and drinks are good. As for the food it is quite expensive with flavor comparative to any cheep of fast food restaurant. If you are staying at the hotel it may be a good option. But we will not be going out of our way to visit any time soon.Parking: As this is a hotel it has ample parkingWheelchair accessibility: The hotel and restaurant are wheelchair accessible"
