"I was in Port Jefferson and was looking for a refreshing and delicious smoothie. I found this place on Google and decided to give it a try. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie, but had to wait a while for it to be made because the employee seemed new. Despite being the only person there, I didn't mind the wait. I took the smoothie to go because I had people waiting for me outside. However, when I tried the smoothie, I found it to be warm and overly sweet. It was only 72 degrees outside and we had been outside for just a minute. Despite my disappointment, I decided to go back and ask for a remake with ice and without the excessive sweetener. Unfortunately, the employee said she couldn't make me a new one due to company policy. When I asked for a refund instead, I was told that was also against their policy. I left the smoothie with them and decided not to return. I suggest trying a different place for a better experience."
