"Just had dinner at 585, and noticed the service has dwindled a bit. We observed one server eating behind the bar as she served customers . We noticed because we were sitting at the bar. The sever was also wrapping the silverware as she was taking in a spoon full a friends blizzard from Dairy Queen All being witnessed as they were both behind the bar. It is of course understood that employees take a break, so I would hope they have a break room for that. Redirection would benefit all!"

"Today they seemed to be short employees during lunch and still one of the best burgers (Bacon cheddar burger) I had age and less than a few minutes after the order. The boy who took my order immediately ran to the line and then fled to Fritten then disappeared down the line to leave other things and when he came back, my order was up. He even upgraded my drink because he was so busy, he forgot to give me my cup first. It is rare that I eat fast and even less often that I remember something I remember other than a disappointing experience. 5 stars without doubt."

"Nice to find this jewel in Herndon. Happy it was open and serving coffee after 5PM (up to 6) on a Saturday! Cold-browns and Cappucino are both excellent. Never before in a bicycle shop that serves espresso and beer on tap. We'll be back!"
