"Let me start with this,,, I love their food, is really good, customer for years, but horrible and cheap packing, the pho soup, just like that,without xtra individual bagging protection, and on top of all the rest of the food, thank god it didnt flip, no utensils, and I understand the we need to ask, but sometimes we forget,,, común sense, anyway is cheap utensils what they have , , just put some in the bag, how customers supposed to eat our meal? Also,,, The boba drink should been sealed for customers protection, All other different places that I order lways received my food bags and drinks sealed, so hopefully they keep that in mind,"
