"Improvement. I've been eating here for many many years, back when this place was pretty much unheard of. At first the food was incredible, but with increased quantity of sales, quality tends to diminish. I stopped eating here for about 3 years for that reason, but recently have been seeing a great improvement in their food. <br/ I just ordered a Honey Chicken Box for delivery. The box should feed about 2 average people, but 1 person with a big appetite might be able to down it solo. Included in this old, stapled, shredded up cardboard box:<br/ • 1 Pint of Honey Chicken (about 10 pieces) <br/ • 1 compacted Pint of Pork Fried Rice<br/ • 1 Quart of Wonton or Egg Drop Soup<br/ • 1 Bag of Fried Wontons<br/ • 3 Fortune cookies<br/ Now, the honey usually comes in a separate container, but that's for picky eaters. I told them to throw it in there the old fashion way so that the honey can seep into the crunchy battered morsels and retain itself in a cocoon. The pork fried rice is really something special in my opinion, add a little honey sauce on it and the pork tastes like glazed cherry ribs. On the other hand, the soup was a bit cold, over salted, and tasted too much like scallions. And the fried wontons were decent. I don't mind a bit of grease, but when they're cold, it just doesn't sit too well. <br/ All around a good meal, and good place for students to pickup lunch considering it's around the Miami Dade College Kendall Campus and well within budget. If you're going to order for delivery, be careful because the delivery guy has an attitude. I live 3 blocks from there and he expected me to tip him more than $3. He got lucky to walk out with all of his teeth in place. Enjoy.<br/ -Eating food is eating History"
