I placed the order, but ended in a dead zone and not able to receive texts or emails all day, which led to the order not being delivered. I came to the manager to see what he could do. He didn't judge me or dismiss me. Instead, he listened to my situation and offered me a voucher to cover most of the costs of the reorder! I was blown away! I was able to order for today, and it was filled, delivered hot and was completely delicious! In today's society it is rare to find such compassion and understanding!
