"Stopped in on Thanksgiving day for a pumpkin pie, my first time there. My usual go to place had closed down, and I decided to give this place a try. So I go to the counter and ask to see their pies. They have a small size and a large, which itself wasn't a very large pie. I opted for the larger, and waited as the girl boxed the pie and rang me up. She says to me, that's $28.00....I dam near fell over. This pie was maybe 10 inches across. For a brief moment I almost walked out, but quickly reconsidered. I thought It's only once a year, and it must be a dam fine pie to be charging nearly $30.00 for it. I had to wait until after Thanksgiving dinner to find out, but I couldn't have been more wrong. Maybe the worst pie I've ever had. The crust was very tough and hard to cut through. I could have gotten a better pie at Shop Rite for maybe 1/4 of the price."
