"Several weeks ago I was passing through Nashville and had the opportunity to stop in. I had been in before but it had been awhile. This particular day I ordered my drink and sat in the shop and worked for several hours. During that time, I ordered several drinks which were full of great flavor and tasted amazing! I also purchased kits to take home… they are so easy to make and taste just like the drinks I ordered while there. I also witnessed excellent customer service. Since that time I’ve been back weekly. Each time I’ve been in I’ve ordered something different and each drink has been fabulous. Additionally, every time I’ve been in I’ve continued to witness the same exceptional customer service for every customer as I witnessed several weeks ago. Something important to me is consistency and they certainly are consistent!! I will definitely continue to support this amazing local business!!!"

"Might be one of the worst sandwiches I’ve ever had. Menu lists “smoked ham”. It is not smoked ham, it tastes like hillshire farms prepackaged deli meat. Was not busy when I came in and ordered, but they got my entire sandwich wrong. Specifically asked for a certain condiment which ended up somehow missing completely from the sandwich. Asked for no tomatoes and all I got was tomatoes. Very confused. Would never go here again."
