"I'm from Florida and I have a bite to eat... Yes! It is a hole in the wall and can be updated BUT the food is fantastic... The salad is fresh and veggies are cold and crisp... I don't understand that in Florida... The bread is so soft... The PIZZA crisis is crazy!! The food is great... I don't understand the complaints of this little store. You're here for dinner, not for the decor. I will always return... Owners had a great personality always smile. My BLT with massive amount of bacon.. Soft bread and fresh CRUNCHY salad and tomatoes. Hot pastrami sandwich with onion rings and grill chicken wings cannot be better than that."

"Phenomenal food, phenomenal service. We went on mother's day night and our waitress was wonderful. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. My mother had certain food restrictions that our waitress tended to appropriately and delicately and it was not an issue to have that addressed. Overall, it was one of the best Mother's Day meals we have had and for that my family is very grateful. As patrons who have been coming for years, keep up the good work Frankie's! "I had such a wonderful time at this restaurant! The atmosphere is fantastic, and the food is delicious. It was the first place I visited for dinner after moving to Raleigh. The staff here is incredibly friendly and provides great service. The manager, Gabby, was exceptional! She made sure to check in on my friends and me, as well as all the other patrons around us. Tasia, the bartender, was amazing and very attentive; she's such a sweetheart! Every server was also top-notch. Love you, Gabby!!!!!"

"First visit I live in Virginia. I visit many breweries that also serve food. Had a “build your own” pizza and a flight of five beers. I was surprised at how quickly my pizza came out from the kitchen. It was very good (I would order it again when I come back except I may want to try something different). I ordered several different styles of beer from their tap list, all were good! I especially liked “In Trance” a memorable Belgian Tripel. Good first impression Mexitaly!"

"We arrived there Saturday around 615 and was greeted immediately. The food order was taken by 630. I ordered a veggie deluxe calzone and added ham, my daughter ordered a ham and pineapple calzone. Everyone at our table received their food around 7. At 715, I got my calzone which was ham and pepperoni, please note my order was a veggie deluxe calzone add ham. At 745, my daughter still had not received her food. The waiter said it was messed up and had to be remade. Everyone was finished and paid and she still did not get her food but she was brought a check to pay for it. There was no manager/owner around checking on things that we could see. No apology, no inpathy, nothing. At 805, she finally got her food in a takeout box that was sitting on top of the oven where the cook had placed her food. Now grant it the waiter was young and inexperienced but he should have been able to talk to a manager."

"The food was perfect. It tasted very fresh and wasn’t heavy but very filling. Wasn’t greasy. We ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and a calzone. The prices aren’t bad either. Pretty affordable, especially for what you are getting."

"The service at this restaurant was terrible and the pizza was even worse. One of the pizzas we ordered had half of the slices with no cheese, as shown in the pictures below. We also ordered two family salads but received one family and one personal salad. They forgot the basil on the margherita salad as well. When we called to inform them of the mistakes, all they said was "sorry about that" with no offer of a refund or replacement for the pizza and no attempt to correct the salad order. Save yourself the trouble and just buy frozen pizza from Safeway instead - you'll be much happier."
