"I like the food but the staff are not very good at their job... I went in to pick up my online order and forgot my wallet. I asked them to replace the marinara with ranch in the online order and they didn’t. when I asked to swap they wanted to charge me (and I didn’t have my wallet). They didn’t give me the ranch and expected me to pay like .50 cents when I didn’t have any cash on me. The staff are just young college kids who don’t understand the value of decent service. I couldn’t fully enjoy my food and won’t be going back. You’d think .50 cents is worth keeping a customer?"
