"Gerard was the only waiter/greeter/host. While the bar had two workers. We had to wait for Gerard. It was a shame. He got drinks, took orders, and bought orders out to tables. Some folks were not nice to Gerard. He was very professional, apologizing about length of wait time for food items. He has unfortunately been doing this on shifts, also, been there only FOUR months. He deserves a raise, or promotion. It still needs to be addressed."
