"This was my first time dinning at Etaru. First impression was the well designed interior but then we sat down for an interesting experience. Employees are poorly trained. I ordered a pinot grigio and the waitress brought me a pinot noir, which did not pair well with my meal, but I decided not to say anything. Then my partner and I ordered two rolls for the table, 1 tuna (for his preference) 1 salmon (for myself), and they brought over two tuna rolls. It did not end there. No one come over to ask how the meal came out or if we needed anything. It took me 10 minutes to get someone’s attention. 10 minutes!! Food is fresh and delicious but the service doesn’t match the ambiance. I was disappointed. Server was Lilian V. xx T"
