"Wow! There are a lot of great restaurants in this town with great food. This restaurant is no different. The food is outstanding. The dishes are beautifully presented and even more delicious. What sets this restaurant apart is the hospitality. This goes equally for the front of house and back of house. Everyone on staff went above and beyond. Even though it was my first time dining there, by the time I left I felt like I had been dining there for years. This is a restaurant that others should strive to be like. I cannot say enough great things about it. Kudos to everyone working Friday night. You truly blew me away and made a new regular."

"I was on my reservation and was told that they couldn't find me in the system. they said that about a month ago they did not stop reservations by an open table, so they could not find him. they would not honor my reservation despite the fact that it was her fault"

"I love going here. I love the esthetic, however, the last three times I dined here they were out of 2-3 items on the menu. This is big since the menu usually only has 7 things on it. This is all at noon or before noon. Way too early to run out. Not sure what’s going on at London Plane. I hope they figure it out soon cause it’s one of my happy places. I want to keep coming back"

"It was a Monday night so expected some menu shortages but there was very little they had to offer. the owner was not on site and I think the cook was gone also. I had the seafood pasta in a white sauce and basically had three pieces of calamari with cream poured over the top and no spices. When we asked for parmesan cheese to try and get some flavor the server gave us something that was white and flaky but very sweet. we asked what it was and were today I don 't know . my dinner partner ordered a stuffed bell pepper and received an uncooked whole bell pepper with luke warm meat and some sort of cheese. again no spice or flavor and who served a stuffed bell pepper in a raw pepper. The server made no attempt to apologize or adjust the bill for the horrible food. what a shame as it looked like a great place and had good reviews."
