"I realize that I was calling at 7:30 PM, just half an hour before closing time. When a woman answered the phone, she simply said "hello" and hung up. I thought it was a dropped call, so I called back only to experience the same thing. I kept trying until she finally picked up and informed me that they weren't taking orders, then hung up on me again. I’ve been coming to this location since I was a kid! I don’t understand why she didn’t just say they weren’t taking orders anymore; that would have been much simpler and I wouldn't be leaving a negative review now. I'll be calling in the morning to speak with a manager."
