"The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The business is clean and the decor adds a nice scenery. This new location is nice but needs to compete with many other restaurants and food vendors around this area. Parking is not easy to find but it's possible, if your patient. If you like sushi, then this is about that same route. It does have it's difference with taste, ingredients and sauces but the raw fish is the same. I will add, the portions are very filling. I really give them a 4 1/2 star rating. Only because for me, it takes a little getting use to."

"I've always order at this place but today, August 17, 2023 is the most traumatizing day I've ever experienced. I placed an order on UberEats and when I was half way through my food, I found this huge bug. I am telling you, IT WAS EXTREMELY DISGUSTING! I will never order at this place ever again and I will inform all of my family and friends not to order at this dirty place. I don't believe this was an accident as the bug is a size of my thumb. I've also reported this to UberEats, Texas State Department of Health Services and FDA.Just so y'all know, I tried calling the store multiple times to report my experience to warn them to give them a chance to clean and check everything but THEY NEVER PICK UP THEIR PHONE.I really hope people would never experience this disgusting experience."

"Amazing !!! Quick , convenient and healthy option for a very nutritious meal. This place is very nice and super clean, servers are very friendly and knowledgeable. "I have been to Pokeworks for the second time and once again, I am extremely satisfied! I always order the Poke Bowl with salad and kale noodles. The fish is always fresh and the portions are generous. The salad is consistently crisp, and the noodles are cooked just right. This is definitely my favorite Poke place to go to."

"Honestly a little disappointed. Order was slightly wrong as I missed half of my base and the bowl was just sad to look at. I'm a bit spoiled with fresh fish in Seattle so there may be strong bias and my standards for poke may not reflect the average San Francisco experience. Spicy Ahi with Half Rice and Half Salad actually just half rice and no salad. The amount of rice was a bit pathetic. Fish wasn't super fresh. Masago roe was stuck together, almost frozen and also firm. Disappointed a bit overall but it's a good snack with the amount, I guess. Hawaiian Classic with Half Rice and Half Salad they got the half and half right but the bowl still tasted lowish quality and was pretty small at the price point."

"OK! Food is fresh! For a fast food place, Pokeworks, has a very good variety of fish dishes and chicken. What we had CHICKEN salad bowl SEA FOOD shell Both tasted better than average and fresh. Many toppings make every visit different. Price was less than 20 dollars Why not 5 stars? Hard to smile. The service should contain a kind of facial expression that your company appreciates. It is easier to get a smile or something that removes a smile from a cadaver. Lol... Return factor 9, definitely back.... Healthy food, better than average portions and good prices."

"First time being here but not my first poke bowl. I know it's raw tuna and salmon but my god, it was sooooo fishy. I couldn't even eat it. I've never had a bowl that tasted so fishy before. I talked to one of my coworkers and they said that happened to him as well a while ago and he never went back. I tried to call the store but it kept giving me a dud dial tone. I don't think I'd recommend this place. The bright side to this restaurant is that it was clean. I give them that!"

"I tried the vegan sushi burrito at this restaurant as a change from the usual bean burritos I get at Chipotle during my quick lunch breaks. While the burrito itself was vegan, there was a slight fishy taste due to cross-contamination. After requesting the staff to change their gloves, the issue was resolved. "One of the few places that was open at the District Kitchen area. It is like a chipotle but for poke bowls. The tuna poke with onions and all the fixings was my jam. I put some eel sauce on it with some soy. The rice was cooked perfectly. The toppings were fresh and I also tried the salmon. Cool spot and since no one was there we had plenty of seating."
