"My sisters and I made reservations at Grain and Cain to celebrate our parent’s 65th and 66th birthdays. We had my 2 year old niece and 5 year old nephew 7 total on our party, and this turned out to be the treat we were hoping for! The host and servers were excellent, allowing me to pay for the meal ahead of ordering to ensure my Dad wouldn’t! The atmosphere of the restaurant was ideal not too loud and only one TV that I could see. The train station quote board was captivating quotes would change every 15 minutes or so with each letter flipping through the alphabet until it reached its place. The food was fresh and delightful. We had cheese fries that were surprisingly crunchy despite the cheese and seasonings. My nephew, a notoriously picky eater, had the best meal with his French toast and dipping options. Everyone at our meal remarked at how pleased they were with our meals and refreshments were outstanding! 5 stars and 3 cheers for Grain and Cain!"
