"We enjoyed this restaurant for years, but sadly the quality has fallen off dramatically the last few orders. The lamb is now quite tough and chewy, and some of the other food tastes like it's well past expiration. Tonight it seemed like our whole meal had been sitting out for more than a day. The staff have been apologetic each time we mention it, but they nonetheless seem uninterested in doing anything to rectify the situation for us in practical terms. We'll be looking elsewhere from now on."

"We ordered a large catering order for our group and everything was excellent. The different types of baked pasta were tasty, the salad was fresh and generous in size, and it was very convenient to have dessert and chilled canned sodas included in the package - all for a very fair price and delivered right on schedule. The restaurant even gave us a discount because we are a nonprofit organization. Thank you!"

"Judges She wasn't a book on his ceiling was never more true. What looks like a simple diving bar will surprise you in so many ways. First the menu a seemingly random collection of popular dishes and kitchens. Sushi, nachos, French onion soup, steak, etc. But it works and the decor fits. It is a fun place with an eclectic menu and strong drinks."

"I haven't dined at this restaurant in years due to a previous disappointing experience, and unfortunately, nothing has improved. The pork fried rice was overcooked and filled with chunks of white rice. While the boneless spare ribs were tasty, there were only 4-5 pieces included. The orange chicken lacked enough orange sauce, although it was decent. The service was good, but overall, I wouldn't choose to order from here again. The delivery service rated a 4, with the meal type being dinner and costing $30-50 per person. The food received a 1 rating, while the atmosphere and service were both rated a 4."

"So glad my partner and I stumbled in this place! We've been looking for a place open for dinner. It is a very small place in a mini-mall, perfect for a fast cheap bite. It is comfortably furnished with friendly staff. I am gluten-free, so I was pleased that the menu clearly explains whether the items used corn or flour tortillas. You're making freshness, and that's not a lie! I have Tacos and my partner has a Burrito. Both were made with simple fresh ingredients that were delicious! You have a self-service salsa bar to dress up your food with, made with several varieties salsa in the house. Fresh and full of taste! And we were so noticeable that the food was not excessively salty as so many places in these days. I can't recommend this place enough. It can be our new favorite Mexican lunch break!"

"Absolutely love Acapulco. One of my all time favorite restaurants. Me and my girlfriend frequent this place at least 5 times a month. The service is super quick. The servers are always a delight, they will crack jokes and get you to have a good time during your meal. Were in there so often they don't even seat us with menus and they bring out exactly what we always get, it's quite the treat. The prices are great, because the quality is phenomenal. Lord the chips and salsa is terrific. Editing. It has been years now, we still go here every Friday. My girlfriend is my wife now. We have a baby too who comes with us and also greatly enjoys the chips and salsa! Will always be coming here for fast and super friendly service everytime, great drinks and great food!!"

"Went to Acapulco for the first time and the service was terrible. This restaurant customer service was not great at all. Went on Saturday with my family. The waitress that we had did not follow up with our table to see if we needed anything through out our service time. It took some time for us to get our drinks. And when our drinks was brought to our table, the waitress told us that the restaurant may be out of straws. Our drinks sat on the table while the ice was melting the soda down. While the staff was looking for straw in their storage area. We had to go to our car to get our own straws to use at this restaurant. This does not make any sense when the company charge the customers additional surcharge fee and they are out of supplies. We ordered appetizers and they came out over cook, dry and the chicken was burnt. Our other food that we order was not that great either. We made several attempts to get a staff member to help us out because our waitress went missing for a while. I tried to get another staff member to help us at our table. The guy look at me and ignore my hand gesture and walk the other way . My boyfriend had to get up and go get a staff member so that we can get some service. I can not believe how many staff members walk pass our table and nobody never ask us did we need anything. What made it worst is to see the other customers getting service by their waitress through out their service time. But our waitress had to be locate by another staff member. This experience was terrible and the customer service was not all there. People have forgotten what good food and great customer service is all about. People have to remember that your customer is what keeps your business doors open. This was my first and last time going to Acapulco. Another unsatisfied customers. The manager need to provide more training to have better customer service/ food and all staff should acknowledge customer to make sure they are good doing their service time. But at the end of the day another customer this company lost. Peace out Acapulco with your terrible customer service. No stars for me."

"I clearly ordered grilled chicken sandwich when I came home the chicken was missing from the sandwich I called asked the lady why she didn?t give me chicken she said I didn?t order chicken with it. Grilled chicken sandwich is coming with chicken why should I need to tell her separately about chicken. She don?t even say sorry or anything. When I was taking my order i was asking her for a plastic bag for the sandwich she said she didn?t give me because I?m buying a sandwich .I leave far so I can?t carry it like that for two hours. One plastic bag how much money is that. Horrible service."
