"I had her food many times in the past and it was good, but the terrible customer service I experienced "the order of them has convinced me never to go back. I clearly took my phone number and delivery instructions into the notes, and the driver could still go to two wrong addresses. After the person who answered the phone of their restaurant, told me to go down and wait for him, I did, and waited more than 15 minutes in the cold. The guy never showed up. After they stopped for 10 minutes, they hung me up. I canceled my order on the app after almost two hours since I ordered and received almost one hour and a half since I received an out for delivery notification. The same person from the restaurant then had the nerve to call me and ask why I canceled and that they expected me to be out to defeat their deliveryman. Take care of yourself. I have a gigantic 5 'x8' mat in front of my lobby door with the address to miss quite impossible. I told the man I'm waiting outside in the cold for 15 minutes without seeing the driver, and why should I wait? In addition, I wonder why he would expect me to pay the full price for cold soggy foods that were in transit for over one and a half hours? The guy told me if you knew how restaurants they could get, you'd know it's busy and a simple mistake. I told him I worked in restaurants and usually when I call a customer in my current situation, I wouldn't ask why they canceled after an hour and a half and instead offered them the food for free and apologize. He said I'm sorry, he's gonna let the manager know and hang up. Extremely aloof and respectful, especially for a repeat customer. If the manager ever comes out and does this right, I will update this review. Until then, I'll never return again or I'll never return this place to anyone. UPDATE: The manager Henry gave me a call and was very nice and excused for what had happened and seemed pretty real. You are a good restaurant and I will go back because I am confident that the situation will not be repeated and probably was a curse. The restaurant did it right and I updated this review due to this positive episode."
