"As a lover of ramen and someone who enjoys exploring different dishes, I was disappointed by this restaurant. The pork ramen was overwhelming with a rich soy-based cream that made me feel queasy. The pork itself was tough, dry, and tasted old. After a small bite, I couldn't finish the rest. I had ordered spicy ramen but received a mild version, so I had to add chili paste to add some heat. Adding heat during the cooking process can make a big difference. I also tried the chicken ramen that my friend ordered, which was average at best. The Vegan Bun had too much sauce, overpowering any other flavors. The tofu bowl, however, was enjoyable. The service was also incredibly slow, with a 40-minute wait for our food and multiple requests for condiments."
