"This place has the best subs in Harford Co. The rest of their food is decent, but the subs are where they shine. I think it's the bread. These people work HARD, and you can tell by the demeanor that they are exhausted. The people are nice, but they aren't like cheery Chik-fil-a nice. You'll get a monotone what can I do for ya and unenthusiastic thanks but that's about it. No warm fuzzies, but honestly I don't care because the food is hot and good. You should eat here!!"

"This is the only place that I know that nickel and dimes the customers by charging for bags (a small sandwich-sized brown paper bag). I understand grocery stores, etc. charging for bags because you didn't bring a reusable bag to shop, but I've never seen a restaurant or deli do this. Extremely off-putting. This is another reason why Delmonico's is much better."

"I picked up takeout from this restaurant and just had the margherita pizza with fresh mozzarella. It’s the closest experience to Italy I've had here in the States! The flavor is fantastic! The mozzarella sticks are incredibly delicious with a beer batter, especially when dipped in the ranch dressing. I can't wait to get home and try the spinach ravioli!"

"Ordered takeout through Toast , order was ready right on time, the server seemed busy but was still taking time to connect with customers, super friendly. We all enjoyed our food very much. Thai ice tea was perfect, pad see ew was perfect. While we didn 't eat at the restaurant it had a very clean, casual vibe. I plan to eat here again over other Thai spots in the area."

"Made our reservation in advance for Hibachi. Called an hour before to confirm the reservation and was told we were all set. The place was very busy when we got there and when the chef finally came over he was in such a rush to finish and move on. The majority of the time he had his back to us and cooked all the food on the other peoples table and did not cook anything on our grill. Disappointing."

"To eat with my three friends on Friday night. Amazing! Our server was as sweet as possible and our food was top notch! Two of us had Quinoa salads, one had a crepe and one had a burger. None of us were disappointed! We shared an apple cake crepe for dessert with hot coffees and teas. The perfect end of our Friday night! "Usually love the shanty. The food was greaser and way too much salt by a lot for everything! They also changed out the type of bread that is served you can’t even buy the focaccia bread as an appetizer. That was one of the main reasons for making the drive to the restaurant."

"Small place, good for small party. Many locals came to order. Helpful lady waitress had tables for our party of 5. She often came out to fill and check our waters. Fast delivery of food. The best was the pad Thai dish, along with fried rice (picy roasted rice with basil), curry with potatoes had proper consistency and taste. Thai tea with Bubba was delicious.. BBQ beef is good, but small portions. had to pay for rice and very small portion. Hot and acid soup had only skillful mushrooms and not enough taste. Avoid the glass noodles with seafood, no taste with too much celery."
