"This was actually my 1st time going to Tropical Smoothie. It was very good, even better than I thought it would be. The staff was pleasant worked pretty quickly. I tried the kiwi quencher, definitely would get this again. I like the fact that there is 1 price/1 size. All in all, a pretty good smoothie/I'd go back?"

"Ordered take out at lunch. It said ready in 15-20 minutes. I arrived and and to wait an additional 30 minutes. Not one patron inside. I ordered two items. Both were wrong. Can't be late and give out food that wasn't ordered. Will never go back."

"First we sat at the sushi bar and they offered us twice a on the house roll but we are vegan so didn?t get to enjoy sadly. But they let us make up our own roll and it was so good! The spicy edamame is delicious. And they gave us a complimentary pineapple bowl for Chinese New Year and I?m guessing the manager came over and talked to us about being vegan and her Buddhist ritual of doing vegan twice a year. We accidentally found this place and very happy we did. we live far away from here but we will be coming back. Very good experience"

"Ichi Tokyo is and has always been my favorite place to eat. Tonight they out did themselves, hands down. I always get the all you can eat. Recently when eating at the sushi bar seating the chef has been offering either a signature salad or signature roll at no extra charge. Tonight was a signature roll. It was a 2 piece roll called a lady finger. They were absolutely mind blowing. After eating an appetizer then 3 rolls and 9 pieces of sashimi, I was asked about a 2nd round and humbly asked for more lady fingers. Telling them I would gladly pay extra knowing they weren't on the all you can eat menu. After some coaxing they made a 4 piece lady finger. They were absolutely mind blowing to the point i of laughing out loud. ,lol, I literally could close my eyes and taste every flavor. I mentioned several times to add this to the full menu]. I will definitely be requesting these every time."

"If I could give this place a Zero star I would, I ordered from here on UberEats, the delivery guy calls me that he 's downstairs I say okay can you please leave on my steps I 'm coming down now to get it , he tells me Yes, okay , I go downstairs and my food is nowhere to be seen, I call the delivery guy multiple times, no answer, so I then call the restaurant and explain the situation, keep in mind I am a very nice person that doesn 't like conflict but this lady was being very rude over the phone saying it is not her problem and that I didn 't answer the phone when I clearly did speak to the delivery guy, she hung up on me multiple times and said it 's my fault and that I should never order from her restaurant again, I also put the option on UberEats to LEAVE AT DOOR , about 15 minutes of her yelling at me through the phone, the delivery guy randomly shows up and says here take it and basically throws the food at my friend and i, he was very unprofessional and rude to both of us and drove away. This was the worst and only experience I 've ever had like this, I WILL NEVER BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND YOU NOT TO EITHER."

"Certainly a good Sushi ? joint (and bar). Quality of food ? is great. Prices are somewhat reasonable, atmosphere is excellent. Parking ?️ is available at the parking meters or their adjacent garage. I just wish some of their dishes had no sugar or not too sweet because they can be. Also, for their soups, it was a big disappointment that the only broth they make is pork, which is not a wise decision. The coupe ingredients were great just the pork broth didn’t go down too well. But hey! It’s their culture."

"Everything is slow and below mediocre. Instead of busting tables as people leave they wait for there to be a need for a table to clean it. It took 15 minutes for them to clean a table off just to be seated in a near empty restaurant. The waitress was quick to take the order but once she had taken the order that was the last I saw of her. Well not the last I saw of her. She stood at the computers texting on her personal phone the entire time. Sat with empty glasses the entire meal. The sushi was just palatable. The tuna in the spicy tuna was by no means fresh. It had an ammonia flavor to it. Save your money and eat sushi somewhere else. The only reason she came to give the check was because the bust boy went and tapped her on the shoulder to get her attention that her tables needed tended to. Won't be back and will not recommend."

"Staff so friendly, helpful, and efficient. Had the Pineapple Mojito and it was on point, refreshing, and wonderfully complimented the menu. We had the Dinner all-you-can eat and it did not disappoint. Food was fresh, tasty and checked all our boxes. It was my birthday and we enjoyed trying all the different things on the menu. "We showed up 15 minutes before our reservation time, and never got as far as talking to the hostess. The lobby was crowded with other reservations from hours previous and walk-ins. Whoever the hostess was never came to the front in the hour we stood there. Nobody was sat while we stood there. There were waitstaff cashing out tables, but not one person addressed the crowd. They didn't have a system in place to manage their influx load. They should have sat reservations only--that's why people make reservations--and turned the rest of the crowd away or offered carry out. If you're understaffed, short staffed, or overwhelmed that's all the more reason to adhere to a reservation status. Get organized, because all you're going to do is turn-off customers to coming back. We would understand being turned away for not having a reservation. We dont understand why you would have a reservation system and not use it."
